Skin Fix Medical Aesthetics, LLC sends SMS text messages to patients who have
provided explicit written consent. Messages include appointment follow-ups and
Google review requests.
How We Collect Consent
Patients complete an SMS Communication Consent form during their appointment
intake process through our EMR system. Consent is collected before any SMS
messages are sent. The opt-in checkbox is unselected by default and must be
actively checked by the patient.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages.
